Privacy Policy
Locked In 90 is a community for analysing soccer matches and tracking tipster performance. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, who can see it, and how you can control it.

Educational only
Locked In 90 takes no bets and handles no money. Picks are tracked in units for learning and analysis.
No ads, no trackers
No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only what's needed to keep you signed in.
Never sold
We don't sell or rent your personal information, or share it for advertising.
You control your profile
Your bio, join date and favorites are visible only to friends you accept.
Who we are
Locked In 90 (“we”, “us”) runs this website. Members post pre-match picks, which are locked before kickoff and graded automatically, so everyone's record is verifiable.
What we collect
We only collect what the site needs to work:
- Account details
- Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile Google shares (your name, email address and profile picture link).
- Profile
- Your username, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older), and, if you add them, a profile photo, a short bio and favorite leagues and teams.
- Activity
- The picks you lock, notes on those picks, comments in match discussions, who you follow, friend requests, and the notifications we send you.
- Technical data
- Sign-in session cookies, and standard server logs kept by our hosting providers (such as IP address, browser type and request times) for security and troubleshooting.
We don't use advertising IDs, we don't track you across other websites, and we don't collect payment information.
How we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To confirm you are 18 or older.
- To run the community: show your profile and picks, grade picks after matches, and build leaderboards and statistics.
- To send in-site notifications, such as friend requests and new picks from tipsters you follow.
- To personalise your feed around your favorite leagues and teams.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We send email only to deliver sign-in codes. We don't send marketing email.
Who can see what
Locked In 90 is a public, verified record, so some information is visible to everyone. Some details are shared only with friends you accept.

- Verified status and follower count
- Picks, notes and results
- ROI and other stats
- Match discussion comments
Friends you accept
- Bio
- Date you joined
- Favorite leagues and teams
Only you
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Who you follow, and your friend requests
- Your notifications
The people you follow, and anyone who follows you, can see that follow. Locked picks can't be edited or deleted. That's what makes every record verifiable.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase
- Database, sign-in and profile photo storage.
- Vercel
- Website hosting.
- Resend
- Delivery of sign-in code emails.
- Sign-in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
Match fixtures and results come from a sports data provider. We send them no personal information. We don't sell or rent your personal information or share it for advertising. We would disclose information only if the law required it.
Our providers may store and process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your information for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your account and profile information within 30 days. Your picks and comments will be removed or de-identified so they can no longer be linked to you.
Hosting providers may keep server logs and backups for a limited time before they are automatically removed.
Your choices and rights
- Edit your photo, bio and favorites at any time from your profile.
- Unfollow tipsters or remove friends whenever you like.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing privacy@lockedin90.com. We may need to confirm the request comes from you.
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights, such as objecting to or restricting how we use your data, or complaining to your local data protection authority. We respond to every request within the time the law requires.
18+ only
Locked In 90 is only for people aged 18 or over, and we ask for your date of birth to check this. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will delete it.
If betting stops being fun for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available from organisations such as BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy.
Security
Data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Database access rules limit each person to what they are allowed to see. For example, private profile fields are checked against your friendships in the database itself. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Locked In 90 grows. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also let you know on the site.
